Frank Gil, AAI, CPIA
As a graduate from Villanova University with a degree in Business Administration, Frank has over 15 years of experience as a manager and producer of property and casualty insurance. Prior to getting into the insurance business, Frank was owner and President of Federated Grocers Inc. and Champion Auto Stores.
A former President of F.A.W.A. and a Trustee of their Self Insurers Fund, and by attaining the AAI and CPIA designations Frank has gained considerable knowledge of the Insurance Industry.
In 2001 Frank was named Agent of the Year by the Latin Builders Association and the Agency has been named Insurance Agency of the Year by LBA on several occasions.

Joseph A. Garden, CPIA
Joe Garden, starting his insurance career with Johnson & Higgins of New York, has over 30 years of experience in the Insurance Industry, working primarily, as a risk consultant and producer in the Maritime Industry.
Progressing to the position of marine manager for the J&H office in Miami, Joe has been integrally involved in the design and servicing of many of the largest maritime related accounts in the Miami area.
Joe’s book of business has steadily grown over the years and is now recognized as one of the leading Maritime professionals in South Florida. Presently, Joe is active in many Maritime industry associations and currently serves as a Director of the Latin American Association of Insurance Agents, the Propeller Club and the Florida Foreign Trade Association.
As a principal with Gil, Garden, Avetrani Insurance Group, his experience and expertise will serve the agency in achieving its management and growth objectives.
